She is a lawyer who has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2002. After working for nine years in a top law firm, holding the positions of paralegal, collaborating lawyer and partner, she founded a new law firm in March 2010 – Portnoi si Asociații from the reorganisation of which, in November 2021, Pătlăgeanu & Partners was born.
She currently coordinates the team of lawyers from Pătlăgeanu & Partners.

She coordinated the team of lawyers that provided legal advice in the current activity of one of the largest air transport companies in Romania;
Successfully represented an insurance broker in the litigation against the Financial Supervisory Authority which ended with the abolition of this authority’s decision to increase the minimum share capital imposed on brokers and which had previously led to the abolition of over 200 insurance brokers; successfully represented a beneficiary of non-refundable funds in the litigation concluded with the annulment of the decision to terminate the financing contract in the amount of approximately 4.5 million Euros;
Provided legal advice to a public authority in the implementation of a project financed from non-reimbursable funds with a value of over 25 million Euros, including advice in relation to public procurement procedures carried out within the project, representation in appeals against decisions to reject reimbursement requests , consultancy in the litigious proceedings generated by or directed against the executor of the works and other providers and suppliers of goods and services;
Assisted, advised and represented clients in procedures for the acquisition of companies or the sale of shares held within them, transactions with values between 100,000 euros and 14 million Euros;
Is co-founder of AA DATA BOX (link); Certified DPO, author and co-author of specialized articles in the field of data protection, participant and speaker at conferences organized on this topic and co-author of the book RGPD – General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.
